Specialist Inclusive Education & Wellbeing · Lewisham NSW
Warm, personalised one-on-one sessions for children, adolescents and young adults — drawing on specialist inclusive education experience in the NSW Department of Education since 2014.
What I can help you with
Is something getting in the way of your young person's learning or wellbeing? Every session is tailored to the individual — not a diagnosis or a deficit.
PEERS® certified facilitation helping young people navigate conversations, friendships and social situations with confidence.
Practical, evidence-based strategies for managing big feelings, anxiety and stress at school and home.
Understanding what's behind the behaviour — not just managing it. Strengths-based and neuro-affirming always.
Reading, writing and learning strategies tailored to the individual — reducing barriers and building confidence.
Specialist knowledge of ASD with a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach at the heart of every session.
A safe, calm, non-judgmental space for young people who've had hard or complicated experiences.
Navigating peer relationships, identity, growing up — and building the resilience to handle it.
Creativity as a practical tool for regulation, expression and engagement. Grounded in education experience, not art therapy.
